Subject: 1) Poor analogy; I'd take Aniston over Jolie anyway. But that's personal preference, I guess. 2) There are plenty of coaches who achieved modest success but were replaced in an effort to move to "the next level." As RE left all of his gigs before really having the chance to make the NCAAs, we don't know if that's something he is capable of yet.
