Subject: Healthy skepticism I can understand. Eating our young is out of line. Every time we sign someone -- and I always find out about these things here on this message board -- the first things I read about the kid are negative, yet not based on anything anyone's seen in person or heard from a reliable source. I was blown away by accusations about the mental make-up of our latest signee. WTF are people thinking, seriously?
In reply to: Greg 's message, "I think there were significant questions about TJ. He signed as an under-sized high school sophmore, played in the WPIAL which is not known as a basketball breeding ground. It is not out of line to question if he truely was A-10 or Big East capable. In my opinion he's ansered those questions and looks to be as good a recruit as Duquesne has signed in years. Look, until Duquesne actually does something meaningful in the post season (back to back years) there is going to be a lot of negativity associated with the program. That's just how it is and deservedly so." on Monday, August 16, 11:49:22am
