Subject: "The Giants Win the Pennant"

Bobby Thompson who hit the "Shot heard 'round the world" on October 3, 1951 died today at 86. Today the feat is still considered the greatest home run of all time in the biggest game of all time. The New York Giants became National Leage Champions 5 to 4 over the Brooklyn Dodgers. All sports fans remember where they were and what they were doing when Russ Hodges yelled out "The Giants win the pennant!"
