Hi Frank.
When I had the brain op and become an Australian, [That is when they added another half a brain to my Welsh one]I applied for a passport, I was given a pamphlet to read in many languages,Viet, Chinese, etc, including English of course. I asked the girl behind the counter who happened to be of Chinese extraction; if I could have one written in Welsh as I couldn't read English. Boy what a curfufle it caused, supervisor out, then manager, I explained how silly it was, if people were after an Australian passport they should at least be able to speak the language of the country.
Cheers Des
