Hey Kel-
I was re-reading the Atkins book this weekend (my one thrill this weekend!)
This is what the says you should take if you are having sugar cravings:

I don't know if this is going to be much help, but I go through periods of time, esp. when I am pms-ing, when all I think about is putting food in my mouth. One time, not too long ago, I had 2 double cheeseburgers and one regular cheese burger for dinner. I ate all that in one sitting!! So If you are hungry, eat to satisfaction, but legal foods only. okay.

I know this month has been difficult, but I know you will accomplish your goals.
