Subject: Whats up with this?

Sheesh -- the past 2 days have been hell trying to stay on my plan. I'm hungry ALL the time, even when I can tell I'm full; I still have that hungry feeling.

I hate having ravenous hunger. Every minute of every day has been a battle trying not to eat more than I'm supposed to. It's like it's non-stop nagging at me to cheat.

I have this overwhelming need to have sugar or chocolate or both. So this morning I'm thinking okay I'll go get a carbolite (which I don't allow myself to have very often), but even that doesn't sound good. What I really want are chocolate turtles or something. What's up with this? The first couple of days I assumed it was just TOM cravings, but even they don't last more than 2 days usually. I'm now on my 3rd day of wanting to eat the paint off the walls! If this lasts much longer, I'm going to blow my plan I just know it. I can't keep up resisting these strong cravings forever. I don't want to blow my plan; I want to make my August goal and I'm so close. If I blow things this late in the month, I won't make it. Arrrrrrgh!
