hey there, I totally know what you are going through. I too have been on the diet for about two months and have reached a very frustrating plateu. What I did, I analyzed everything I eat on a regular basis checking for carb amounts, and what I started eating when my plateau began. Keep a look out for an excess amount of artificial sweetners, and an excess amount of preservatives in lunch meat. Plus, are you drinking enough water? Those were just things I did and I found a few faults that's i'm going to try to work out and see if I can get my weight loss back on track. Here is what I found wrong with what I was doing, maybe you might be doing the same thing? I realized that I was not drinking H2O like I did when I was first losing, I started eating "low carb" chocolate bars that turned out to have a bad artificial sweetner in it (maltitol), and I snuck a few ice cream bars here and there. the ice cream bars only had 15 carbs per bar and on those days where my carb intake was way low I would treat myself to one. I think I may stop that though to see if I can get the weight to come off again. Good luck I hope I provided some help;)
