Subject: Sometimes it's nothing that you're doing or eating. Sometimes the body just needs a chance to readjust -- especially if you lost weight rapidly in the first few weeks. I don't like Atkins for this reason; his book leads you to believe if you are stalling, you must be doing something wrong. He gives you all this advice like the "fat fast" to break thru plateaus, etc. I say reduce your intake of the LC bars, and just hang in there. The weightloss will begin again soon (easier said than done I know)..
