I am having a hard time eating so i am not meeting my daily dietary goals, and it has a negative affect on my workouts.

On the other hand, I have found that working out with a cold/flu can be advantageous. Weight loss seems to be accelerated especially if you have a fever since your metabolism is in high gear to fight he infection. Also i think workingout seems to help speed up your recoery. Granted my workouts were usually not as good as a healthy workout but anything helps.

The most i ever lost was in college, i had a bad case of the flu, for 3 days all i did was sleep and go to the gym. I lived on orange juice and Nyquil and lost 14 pounds in those 3 days. I dont recommend that anyone should try this.
