Subject: Workout

Hi. I just finished my first workout for the second week. Lower body today. I took two days off on the advice of a lady on another board, so today I'm back into it.

Somehow it just didn't feel like enough. Sure it was difficult, but there is something about it I don't like, and I can't put my finger on it. I think it is that some of the excercises I'm doing that I feel like are helping me the most, are the ones that I only do one set of. The way he has the routine set up, you have to be increasing and decreasing the weights all the time, so I try to make those be the ones that it is easy for me to do that with, either use my machine or my weight bench where I can just grab another weight fairly fast. The ones I do with dumbbels, I have to limit a little because I don't have that many different weight dumbbells. Maybe that is the problem.

Anyway I'm going to stick with it through the 12 weeks and see what progress I make. My weight is up. That is something that is disturbing me a lot. Some other girls doing the program say that happens at first when you are busy building muscle, that it drops later when the muscle is made and it starts burning the fat. So I sure hope they are right. I'm not working this hard to GAIN weight! Lol.

Anyway still hanging in there how about the rest of you?
