Subject: Week 1 CKD results...

Well I finished my first full week on the CKD plan

The hardest thing for me was meeting my daily dietary goals. It was very hard for me to get all my calories in. My ratio of fat:protein:carbs was always good, i just wanst eating enough.

Friday was my carb up day. I ate alot of carbs but at the end of the day i was still well short of my 650gram goal, i ended up eating 2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes with 1 cup of brown sugar, i was very ill when i finished.

Well now for the results

Last monday (sept 2nd) weighed in at 264
Today (sept 9th) weighed in at 261

also lost 1 inch from belly and 3/4 inch from waist.

I checked this morning and i am back into Ketosis so this week should have good results as long as i get over this sore throat and can start eating what i need to.
