Several people are making good points here. It sounds like you've lost a lot fast. Maybe you've been sticking to it OK but your body need to rest but it's been a month. Or have you been eating things that are causing a stall? I began using the vitamins that Atkins recommends (L-Carnitine, Chromium Picolinate, and Co Q-100) I swear that they have helped a lot.
