It's been a while since i posted to this board, but i just started back at college, and have been rather busy. Sherry, what kinda exercise routine are you following? I know i was depressed with a lot of the results i was getting, but then i switched over to a diff type of exercising routine, and it is working BEAUTIFULLY. I have a lot more energy, in fact i am not even going low carb! And THIS routine doesnt make me over tired and dizzy when i am done! I know i am a guy and that probably doesnt help your case a ton, but i honestly think that switching up the exercise patterns can sometimes make all the diff! By the way, i havn't weighed myself in over 3 weeks! I haven't NEEDED to, i can FEEL the difference! Sorry about being pumped but i just got back from a 2 mile jog! Well it is time to sleep, that 5 hours of sleep is gunna be bliss! Night all! And good luck Sherry!
