Subject: Sherry why don't you just TRY following Joe's advice? You have nothing to lose, as you said yourself, if at the end of 12 weeks you're still the same, it would have passed anyway. So why not apply that philosophy to your obsessive need to weigh/measure/caliper yourself?
In reply to: Sherry 's message, "Good advice Joe. I don't think I can follow it because I guess I'm just a naturally obsessive person. I really want this to work and I'm constantly looking for a sign that it is or isn't working. I don't weigh three or four times a day though if my morning weight isn't low it isn't going to get any lower." on 21:29:27 09/15/02 Sun
