I did it all summer without realizing it, the only part i missed was the workouts.

I always have probelms sticking to Atkins on the weekend, BUT I always see Monday as a "new" day. So when monday rolls around i am back to being committed to low carbing, and i do well until friday then my commitment falters and i end up bingeing.

Also it gives you a goal to work for. it is very hard to make the committment that you will NEVER eat carbs again for the rest of your life. BUT it isnt much of a committment to say "I am not going to eat carbs until Friday". Think of it as continous 5 day mini no cheat challenges.

the more and more i think of CKD the more i am thinking of giving it a shot before BFL.
