Hi Zoe, I am a Newbie too. Only been coming here a short time. I really enjoy reading all the posts and the help and support here is great. I started Atkins on 1/1/2002. I started at 197 and weighed yesterday and was 158 1/2. I am happy to be losing but seems like it has really slowed down. I think you have done great, be careful losing much too fast though. The mistake I was making was that I was not getting enough calories in my diet. I was lucky to eat 700-800 a day. I too was feeling draggy and no energy. So I have been trying to add a few calories (carefully) to my diet. If you continue feeling bad I think a good check up at the doctor would be in order. I went last week to make sure everything was okay, with Atkins everyone is always warning about cholestoral and the such, so I had mine checked and it is at it's all time lowest.

Keep up the good work! The people here are great with suggestions that make sense. So keep coming back.
