Hi Chati-
I wasn't expecting such a quick response to my post. We are at the same weight. I haven't lost anything for the past 2 weeks. I am getting kind of depressed about not losing enough. My goal weight is 110-115. For my height, I guess that should be okay. I have noticed that others who are about my height have a goal weight of 125-130. Again, my expectations might be too high. I promised myself that as soon as I got to a weight that I was comfortable with and that I felt I could maintain,then I would stay there and be happy.
My ex boyfriend (yes, believe it or not, we are still friends, ha ha), has lost 60 pounds on Atkins. I saw his results (his bestfriend introduced him to the Atkins program)and I became interested after I had to give up sugar because of some food allergies. He is still doing great.
I have to re-think my goals and try to set realistic ones I guess. As for what I eat...well, I guess I could eat more. I have lost my appetite since starting Atkins. This is a typical day for me:

Breakfast: Eggs, bacon or sausage. Cup of decaf, with a sprinkle of splenda. Sometimes I have Cheese and Turkey for breakfast.
Lunch: Chicken Salad. I also add cottage cheese, and ranch dressing..., or depending what they have at work. Its usually some type of meat and a small salad. I add things like cheese, sour cream and butter, whatever is available to make it taste better.
Dinner: Meat and a vegetable.
I don't snack because I don't get hungry. But when I do get hungry...I have a piece of cheese. I also drink loads and loads of water. I drink about 3 liters of water each day.
Now that I look at it, I should increase my daily intake of fat a bit.
If taking iron doesn't work for me (I will give it two weeks), i will go see my doctor asap.
