Subject: I LOVE weekends, but I know what you mean they can be rough on your diet. The good news is you can still lose weight even if you cheat two days out of the 7. My brother in law was doing the diet that way intentionally, and there are those who recommend that (kind of). Of course they are also working out and using the two days for a "carb up" session. I don't quite understand it all, but I guess it works for some.
