Yes you guys are in the minority. We've had a few guys here, but sometimes they don't stay long, or they don't post much. Sometimes they hang around for awhile and then leave.

You are always welcome, however, if you can put up with all us women.

You are right about gaining it back, I haven't ever gone off completely, but just temporarily and I wind up gaining some back. Only to get back on track and lose it again.

Lately I've been lifting weights to help maintain and lose a little more. Joined a weightlifting board for support and I know how it feels to be in the minority. Not too many girls on a board for weight lifters, but there are a few.

The combined effort makes the dieting easier. Of course lately my diet has suffered because I feel I can cheat without as many consequences because of the excercise and extra muscle. It is working (for maintaining), but not for taking extra weight off. We are doing a new challenge for August.

Maybe I can get back on track then. Anyway welcome aboard.
