Hi (((((((Kel)))))

So sorry to hear about all the crap you had to go through!! That would have caused me to have a nervous breakdown!! No kidding!!!

RE: food addictions...I have a very obsessive personality...I tend to over do it sometimes..I can't seem to let things go. I have a lot of emotional bagagge! I am the other side of the coin when it comes to eating. When I am stressed out..I don't eat. When I was younger, I used to starve myself..not on purpose mind you, just because I did not want to eat...and I guess that the only reason why I gained so much weight was that my body did not want to give up the food I put in it because it knew that sooner or later I was going to starve it again.
As long as i can remember, I have suffered from migraines and back pain. But thanks to Atkins, I haven't had a migraine in months and now that I am exercising my back pain is very minimal!!
All we can do Kel is keep trying, thats it! You fall, get up again. What matters is that you keep trying, right?

(((((Kel)))), have a great day!!

Much Love,
Zoe (moody)
