Subject: If your getting most of your protein thru these bars,, no wonder,,, they are filled with maltitol,, which is a carb and stalls people big time,, eat real protein!

  • stay away from the bars and eat more whole foods such a chicken, beef, fish, pork. dont overdue on the salads either if u put too much color in a salad it could have too many carbs (NT) -- edward, 00:28:58 07/18/02 Thu
