Thanks for all the info. I did join a club and work out no less than 3 times a week. It is mostly resistance training. It has helped alot. I am more excited about the inches I think than the pounds. I think my main problem is deciding what foods I can eat. Maybe my stall is due to something I am eating and I just don't realize it. All the books say drink diet sodas that don't contain aspartame. They all do, including Crystal Light. If they are out there, I haven't found them. I do drink lots of water though. I think maybe you hit on something when you said I might not be eating enough. I sometimes only eat 2 meals a day, but I do drink a low-carb shake for breakfast.

I am happy about my loss, I went from 197 to 160 in five months, but then I talk to others on the Atkins who have lost twice that much on the diet in the same amount of time, and I wonder if I am doing something wrong. This is the only diet that has ever worked for me and I bought a swimsuit this year for the first time in 6 yrs. :-)

I think this forum is a wonderful idea. It sure is great talking to others who understand what a low-carb diet is about. Thanks again.
