Hey, all. I am SO sorry for disappearing for 4 days with no word and no posting. I've been down and out with THE MOST MISERABLE case of intestinal flu that one can experience. Not to be too graphic but the only way to survive this is to take up permanent residence in the bathroom, keeping a death grip on the wastebasket in your lap. Oh, my G*d. Miserable. Even tonight, I'm taking a chance by being this far away from the bathroom. But I was afraid you'd think I'd died or something. (Okay, maybe I WISH I'd died but no such luck). And obviously, it's Tuesday night........and I'm home. And still sick. -- Piggy's Pad

If you had called today, all you'd been able to hear was me groaning. I'm still miserable .........and weak........and exhausted. I did call the doctor's office today and if it were the big "flu," I could have gotten an antiviral, if I'd called during the first 3 days. But this is intestinal. As for Easter, we normally go out on that holiday since I do Thanksgiving and Punkie does Christmas. I'm hoping I'm up to it by then. And no, so far, Gerry hasn't picked this up. My daughter keeps saying that it takes 7 days to get over this intestinal stuff and that just p*sses me off. I'm tired of this and want it to be over ....... NOW.
