I'm glad the vet agree with cutting dose. You know her better than anyone else and when they don't listen to us it's maddening! Wonder if another med would effect her the same or if it's just this one? Let us know! -- Piggy's Pad

Dr. Lee took blood and will get back to me on Monday with the results...and we are cutting her dosage in half until then....

Me too Denise...I was afraid she would give me a battle about cutting back the dose, but it's obvious something has to be done/changed for her....Not sure about any other meds for her...what little I've read and checked on hyperthyroidism the meds she is on now seems to be the one they always prescribe.....
Dr. Lee mentioned something about hypothyroidism today...so I'm thinking that maybe she is thinking that she might have had hyperthyroidism but with the meds (maybe being too strong) they've turned it around to making her hypo...if that is even possible.... (NT) -- Kate, 8:31:59 pm, Fri, 03/21/08
