I'm doing good. Don't go back to work until the 14th of April - YEAH!!! Had a bad night Sunday. Spent 3 hours with my head in the toilet. Not sure why. I am thinking I had to much creamy liquids. It was my day to move up from clear liquids to creamy liquids and I think I overdid it. But, let me tell you - if you think vomitting is horrible, try doing it with a lap band in place. PURE TORTURE! Just need to take it extra slow from now on. (I did send you all an e-mail about this just this morning). Plus, Neils sisters surgery is thursday for her leg to be removed. Once it is removed, her heart should improve. Hope you are all doing well. -- Piggy's Pad

I got your email and thank you for sending it. But I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad night. Yup, I think you probably overdid it and it's going to be a learning curve for you on how much, how often and what you can now eat. I really hope you're feeling much better now because spending your time with your head in the toilet (or around here, we use a plastic lined small wastebasket) is no fun.
