Subject: HELP NEEDED WITH NEWBORN KITS

My husband is visiting his parents in Iran and their outdoor cat had kittens, well she moved 3 of them last night and left 1 in the old nest...he has not seen Momcat since and the kitten has been crying all night...he is totally freaking out and I have no way to help from here. What can he feed the kitten to keep it going until Momcat shows up? He has gone and gotten an eye dropper....he has tried to give some milk....what should he add to the milk?
HELP
Remember there is no such thing there as KMR, so we have to wing it....
