yes, this is really good, especially for me..but then it usually is pretty good when I take it here at home....it's just when I go to the darn doctor that it likes to spike....like I told Dr. Stokes....he's looking at me not knowing why on earth it was so high and I said , yep, it's high, but could you just imagine what it would be like if I didn't like him as my doctor..then it really would be high!!! He just laughed...because the truth is I really do like him..and trust him..and love the girls in the office too....I guess I've got a severe case of "white coat syndrom" -- Piggy's Pad
