Subject: Well if batteries only last about a year or so then I'll bet you are right and the new battery will take care of my problem....I double checked on my account, my new very two is up in July...I was thinking May too...but nope, July....and yes, I'm definitely getting excited!!! **smile**
In reply to: Sandy 's message, "I've got the LG8600. And I know you're right about the moisture. Since I was still sitting in the tub, even though I'd dried everything off, I think my hair was still wet enough to put moisture into the phone. I could actually see what appeared to be water inside the screen. That's why I was jumping for joy when the screen wallpaper came back as I dried it with the blow dryer. But then it disappeared again. I'm just so happy that I didn't have to buy another phone. As for your battery, I'll bet the new one helps. Batteries, in my experience, only last about a year to a year and a half. After that, you might as well replace 'em. But you're due in May, right? Only two more months?? Getting excited yet???" on 12:12:48 pm, Fri, 02/29/08

  • I'll have to look again, but I don't think I saw the LG 8600 on the website anymore....I wonder if it's been discontinued? (NT) -- Kate, 8:40:49 pm, Fri, 02/29/08
