I am supposed to go to a WW Staff Meeting in a city about 45 minutes south of us tonight...but not sure what is going on, we are in the middle of a major storm watch (once again....) calling for rain, freezing rain, sleet and god only knows how much snow....so for now, not much planned..excpet watching the darn weather reports!!!! <br>Hope you start feeling more like yourself.....I know for me, alot of the times I feel like that it's because the darn weather is just getting to me...maybe that is what is going on with you too??? -- Piggy's Pad

No plans. Woke with a headache today after 6 days pain free. That means I will need part of tomorrow to do what I don't feel like doing today! We are supposed to be warm over the weekend so dogs will just track in again! I'm sorry you aren't sleeping well. Do you take anything for that? I have some homeopathic drops called Moon Drops, they are a vanilla flavored soft mint that you let one dissolve in your mouth a couple hours before bed and then another at bedtime. Aw, crap, Denise. I was so hoping you'd be headache free for longer than that. But at the very least, I hope this is a short one and will be gone before the day is over. As for the sleeping thing, yeah, I've got a prescription for Ambien but I hate to take it. You're supposed to plan for having 7 to 8 hours for sleep so I can't take it at midnight or 1 a.m. and be able to get up at 5. What's happening is that I'm pretty sure I doze off but then wake up again within a few minutes and absolutely cannot get back to sleep. And that's another thing on my schedule...........I owe Susie a phone call. From what I hear from my other sister, she's doing great.........really great. Good attitude and she's working herself really hard. I know she wants to get out of that hospital and home and a lot of that depends on how she does with her physical therapy. Her remaining leg has to be strong enough to hold her, depending on whether she's on crutches or that bastardized walker she was using before.
