Subject: Denise, I'm so glad to come here and find that there's a bit of good news. I'm praying for a Christmas miracle for him but it does sound like he's doing okay and I hope that once you get some of the fluid off of him, the x-ray doesn't show any tumor and the CT scan, if it shows anything, that it's something easily taken care of. Keeping you and Jaz in my prayers.
In reply to: Denise 's message, "Hi Kate! He was better yesterday and seems even a bit better today. He stayed upstairs all day and came up first thing this morning. I am cleaning and he always prefers the basement when that is going on so I just hope he will come back up later. He is eating well but the shots are getting harder for me! The first 2 I just did but he was obviously feeling bad, when he seems better it's ahrder for me to stick him! Leon had to do it last night but I did this morning. Talked to the vet. He said the first thing is to get rid of as much fluid as possible and then get another x-ray to see if a tumor can be seen, otherwise we need a CT scan. All I want for Christmas is Jaz to feel better and for 2 cats that like to stay in the basement to come upstairs more. Thanks for asking." on 9:07:19 am, Mon, 12/24/07
