Subject: Sorry I didn't get here sooner today..but I worked all day at taking stuff down....I lost count of how many times I was up and down the steps!!! Then when Rick got home we went for a walk, then while watching the Patriot's/Giant's game we took the tree down. So I've got a few little things left, but not a big deal..I'll probably get them all taken care of tomorrow...

I cleaned out the fridge this morning and put everything into my new crock pot for a nice and tasty beef stew for dinner. (Punkie had given me the new Hamilton Beach crock pot that comes with the base and 3 graduated size crocks so you can match the size of the bowl to whatever you're making). Gerry finished taking down the Christmas decorations last night so the house is totally back to normal.   • Good morning! I too, decided to start taking my tree down. Davey isn't happy. He has been living under the tree ever since we put it up. That crockpot sounds neat, but I never heard of it before.
