Hello! Sitting on 4 million??? Nuh uh!!! That's cruel and stupid to say the least! Our local shelter got a new director and within 2 weeks they let her go cause she was trying to make changes! I am not going to support them anymore if they aren't willing to change to help animals better. Sorry about your knee. Maybe they will be able to go in with a scope and just clean it up.
