In reply to: Sandy 's message, "I know what you mean, Denise. Since Friday, we've gotten over 5 inches of rain. Yes, we needed it but I get tired (and it makes me tired) of the gloomy skies. I was out yesterday running around in the rain and we had some whoppers as far as lightning and thunder. I had just walked into Walmart to get my glasses fixed when we had one boom that really shook the entire building. But Saturday is supposed to be warm, about 80, and sunny so I'm hoping to get outside and do some fall cleanup then while Gerry's mowing the grass. All I can say is that all of this rain has sure greened everything up again. If it weren't for some of the trees changing color, you'd think it was spring." on 6:50:51 am, Thu, 10/18/07

Our new extended batteries came yesterday about 2 p.m. But when I said that I killed the battery, I meant that I drained it to the point that the phone shut itself off. Two hours on the charger and I was fine. But I was also running in and out all day yesterday so it's probably a good thing that you didn't call. Too many errands.........not enough time.
