We haven't had too much rain recently. Last week we had 3 days and I had my basement flooded, but no big deal. I think my area is flirting with the word drought, but nothing official yet. I'm a big chicken...don't want to get caught being the one that turns them in...
but the girl I work with (who lives just down the road) also saw them washing their vehicles..so today she photo-copied the paper where it said about conserving water, circled it in red and mailed it to them!!
