Subject: I've had something similar like that happen with the cats. We have my grandparents antique library table in front of our double living room windows and to protect the top from kitty claws, we found a doggie crate mat that fits perfectly. The cats love it because it's so soft and fuzzy. Anyway, they've been known to jump up on the library table at a full run and slide the mat (even though it's got a non-skid backing) right off the table and onto the floor.......with them on it!!! Thankfully, no one has ever gotten hurt but it can sure scare the humans in the household.
In reply to: Sandy 's message, "My feet would be gone after about 30 minutes, the legs shortly thereafter and the back would take about 30-45 minutes. I can understand why you're exhausted and hurting. I'm glad Gilly didn't get badly hurt and hope she's all back to normal by now. That would scare the crap out of me to have her slide off the counter like that." on 6:18:00 pm, Sat, 10/27/07
