Subject: Glad to see you here this morning Ramona....sorry to hear you had a rough night on Sunday....must be a new learning experience all around....glad you are ok now though!!
I'll be thinking of Neil's sister, hopefully things will improve for her after her surgery.....

I am thinking I had to much creamy liquids. It was my day to move up from clear liquids to creamy liquids and I think I overdid it. But, let me tell you - if you think vomitting is horrible, try doing it with a lap band in place. PURE TORTURE! Just need to take it extra slow from now on. (I did send you all an e-mail about this just this morning). Plus, Neils sisters surgery is thursday for her leg to be removed. Once it is removed, her heart should improve.   • I got your email and thank you for sending it. But I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad night. Yup, I think you probably overdid it and it's going to be a learning curve for you on how much, how often and what you can now eat. I really hope you're feeling much better now because spending your time with your head in the toilet (or around here, we use a plastic lined small wastebasket) is no fun.
