Subject: I'm so sorry to hear about the murder/suicide in your area Ramona....No, I haven't caught anything on the news about it......
what a beautiful poem.....I'm sure Claudia will appreciate it....I'm sorry to hear she is still struggling so much over the loss of FiFi.....
In reply to: Ramona 's message, "Not sure, but you might have heard about the murder suicide by the cop/sheriff in Bethlehem Pa. I see it made national news for some reason, but it was the daughter of a friend of mine. I also work with her sister. A horrible horrible tragedy. More spouse abuse. Anyway, I found this poem I love it! Come inside to read it and read the whole thing! The first line is a familiar line, but the rest is different...................." on 1:40:11 pm, Thu, 09/20/07

  • I love this poem, Ramona, and you're right in that it's perfect for loss, but especially pet loss. I'm sorry to hear that Claudia is still having problems with her grief over FiFi. Everyone grieves differently and for some, it can take a long time. Give her a hug for me because I truly know what it's like to lose several people/cats very close together in time but still manage to come out fighting on the other side. As for the news, no, I've not heard anything but then again, I haven't been home much and haven't been able to catch the news. (NT) -- Sandy, 12:31:18 pm, Fri, 09/21/07
