Subject: What a pain! I'd have switched too!!! I'm glad you informed the VP..... something needs to be done before this girl makes the bank lose even more customers!! Hope you were able to have a relaxing day today!!

And once we got home, we created our online banking access at the CU and then transferred all of the funds from one checkbook register to the new one. Just getting that done gave me such a feeling of accomplishment! While I was doing that, Gerry took care of all of his overdue filing and entered the new CU information into spreadsheet form.
