Happy Friday!!! I'm so darn glad that we're almost to the weekend. It's been a long, hot week and the weekend's going to be even hotter. I don't have a darn thing planned and just want to stay in the house where it's cool. Unfortunately, some time during the evening of Ken's birthday, I pulled a groin muscle so I've been uncomfortable when I'm walking. It's gonna be so nice to not have to get up at 5 a.m. for two days. Sounds like it's a good thing you've got nothing planned for this weekend if you pulled a groin muscle....sure hope you are feeling better.....just take it easy!!!

Yeah, I hear you about the heat. We've had upper 90's and heat indexes of 105 too so I hear ya! In fact, I haven't even had to to go in the pool and cool down! But, in about 5 minutes I am headed out there. The water will probably be too warm though. Hope your groin muscle heals soon. Those hurt bad, I have heard! Take it easy and rest it.
