Subject: Yeah, I hear you about the heat. We've had upper 90's and heat indexes of 105 too so I hear ya! In fact, I haven't even had to to go in the pool and cool down! But, in about 5 minutes I am headed out there. The water will probably be too warm though. Hope your groin muscle heals soon. Those hurt bad, I have heard! Take it easy and rest it.
