Subject: Lawsuit coming to this libelous Board & Mary

Attorney is secured. The ugly postings have gone beyond ugly and are now libelous.

Lawsuit is about to be filed.

Mary and anyone with content control over this website will be named. Also look for a cast of John/Jane Does to also be named.

For everyone's information - a very cordial letter was sent to moderator, giving a chance to correct the libelous content. This would have been enough. But, not now.

This offer has been documented and no action to rememedy the offense has been taken.

Read this quick, Mary will be delting it fast, however, that doesn't matter - the documentation is now on file.
Hence, see ya in court!

Ask anyone familiar with libel law and you will find out that there is no viable claim of libel in connection with the host of this forum allowing others to post. The person threatening to file a lawsuit will quickly find this out.
As far a suing the posters, good luck! The vast majority of the posts aren't libelous to begin with, and there's not a jury in this country that's going to render a verdict over the silliness that typically appears in this forum.
