Ask anyone familiar with libel law and you will find out that there is no viable claim of libel in connection with the host of this forum allowing others to post. The person threatening to file a lawsuit will quickly find this out.
As far a suing the posters, good luck! The vast majority of the posts aren't libelous to begin with, and there's not a jury in this country that's going to render a verdict over the silliness that typically appears in this forum.
