I think its VERY fair to allow dancers from the host school to pre-register. Many of those parents are going to volunteer at the feis so why would they bother helping if their kids aren't even registered for the feis?? If your school put the time and effort into organizing a feis and your dancer couldn't go, you'd be upset about that too. -- New England Irish Dancers
