Subject: I made a list for my self of "Things I can do in 5, 10, 15 minutes". Say it's 10 minutes before my show starts, I can look at the list and see a group of things I can do - start a load of laundry, for example. In 5 min or less I can empty a trash can, pay a bill, etc. And I try to do things as quickly as I can.
