Subject: I'm putting up here what I just commented below in response to an older thread - I have been doing the raspberry for a month or two now - and at first i didn't notice anything but now - I truly believe something has reset my metabolism and the only things to have changed is I drink protein shakes once a day and I take the raspberry- at every meal in the beginning and now maybe once a meal because I'm busy- but my metabolism is much different now
