Subject: 35 years of stuff and you have 10 days?!?! I've had a couple of experiences like that and what ended up happening was that we had so little time, we packed EVERYTHING and went through NOTHING. My mom is still trying to go through my grandmother's stuff after moving her in a hurry like that a few years ago.
In reply to: carramor 's message, "Guess its finally dawning on me that my house sold within three days of being listed! Was expecting it would take a little longer and have had to really turn up the burners. Lived here for 35 years -- no one should be allowed to accumulate so much 'stuff'! Maybe I'm really a horder. Have to out of here in 10 days. Am getting soooo tired......but, next month this time I should be settled. LOL Wish me luck!" on 19:50:59 06/04/12 Mon

[> Thanks for all the good wishes. There are boxes, boxes everywhere -- attic completely cleaned out; am taking a room at a time and boxing up -- packin and pitchin. Will probably have the 'vapors' when the moving company agent comes tomorrow to give the estimate. Did find out that Habitat for Humanity will pick-up good, usable furniture -- not taking the big furniture 'cause don't think it will fit into an apartment. An apartment that I haven't picked out yet -- why rush into anything? Will be staying with a friend, so at least I won't be homeless....... -- carramor, 17:33:48 06/05/12 Tue [1]
