Subject: I love the autumn. With all the unseasonably warm(ish) weather we had up to a week ago, the colours of the changing leaves here in Surrey are awesome! How about where you live? Is autumn faring a bit better than our summer wildness (irene, earthquakes, high tides and full moons, etc.). Is everyone ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving?

[> I do love autumn. Here in Indiana, the weather has been nearly perfect for the past 2 weeks. High 60's to 70's, some nights down in the 40's, yummy bonfire and cider weather, sigh! The color has been awesome, it seems to me that our peak color is 'falling' fast. This part of the season never lasts long enough for me. Up til last weekend, it was still warmer than most of the summer, the leaves are beautiful...then the last week it started raining and got colder.
