Subject: I can't even imagine your pain in breaking a whole hand. I broke a finger a couple years ago and it was super painful and debilitating. Do try to keep walking, though, even if just for 15-20 minutes a day. Losing wieght actually helps improve your immunity and decrease inflammatory processes. Make sure you're not in pain, though!
In reply to: the klutz boston tiger 's message, "Can't believe I was so stupid as to go walking with my Ipod (filled with Harm music) and i fell , broke my hand - have plenty of stitches as a pin in my thumb. i am out of work for at least two weeks. it is my opposite hand. i wasjust trying to lose some lbs and walk it off. it hurts so bad" on 18:15:42 06/10/11 Fri
