No that's not an earthquake you feel in California, it's excited baseball fans because the SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS,

just won the WORLD SERIES!
The last time the Giants were world champions was 1954 and then they were the New York Giants!

Now on to the anticipated announcement, the winner of this year's World Series pool. Guessing correctly, Giants in 5 games, is Martain Barb!!!

Congratulations to the SF Giants and thank you TX Rangers for a magical season that transcended expectations. For the first time, the Rangers won a playoff series and ended their season in the month of November. Not bad for a team that had to borrow money from Major League Baseball to meet the team's payroll and spent much of the season in bankruptcy!
