Do you have any evidence of these "mental health problems"? The original psychologists report (which Brewington was challenging because he was not given the case file and because the psychologist was making conflicting statements) even recommended liberal parenting time. Judge James D. Humphrey took two little girls father away because Humphrey felt disrespected by Brewington. Oh yea, and when Brewington asked the court to approve a second evaluator so he could see his kids, Humphrey set a hearing on the matter for months away. Then, a week before the hearing, Humphrey recused himself referencing an ongoing "investigation". AND during Brewington's criminal trial Humphrey conveniently "couldn't recall" setting that hearing. So the judge who was being "intimidated" by Brewington couldn't remember setting a hearing on the approval of an evaluator so he could see his children? Check the trial and grand jury transcripts to see how many times Prosecutor Negangard said "all Brewington had to do was get an evaluation." He tried. Humphrey was determined to retaliate against Brewington for challenging the family court system in Dearborn County. So when Negangard was trying to make Brewington look bad by telling everyone he wasn't trying to see his kids, Humphrey had to purger himself on the stand in order to make Negangard's case look better. He didn't "forget", he lied in order to punish Brewington. And to you "Again?", why do you defend the vindictive actions of Dearborn County officials who sent a U.S. Citizen to prison for two and a half years for harshly criticizing those government officials?
